Alert: 5958 DAT Update Issue


On April 21st, a small percentage of McAfee users received a faulty update. McAfee recommends that you immediately update your product.

To check for updates, identify your product below and then follow the instructions:


 

 
  1. Double-click the M icon in your taskbar.
  2. Click Update.
  3. Click Check for update.

The update will download and install automatically. If no updates are found, then your computer has already been updated with the appropriate fix.
